The establishment located on the bayside of Ocean City with partial view of the water. However, there is easy access to a small dock from the parking lot located behind the building. Room was relative spacious, clean, and with adequate amenities. The gym and indoor pool were also adequate but there is room for improvement. Found staff to be friendly and courteous.

What can I say? I am first and foremost extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received from Chad and the entire staff. I stayed here for a weekend retreat and myself and all 30 of my sorority sisters thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The rooms are clean and modern, the breakfast is tasty and FREE and the views are excellent. This is my second stay at this property and they have a loyal customer in me!

Great location close to amusement park, mini golf, water park, and plenty of nice restaurants. The hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had a King suite with balcony and canal views (standard with suites). We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet, small pool (when nobody else was using it), and nice outdoor patio with bay and canal views. Recommend!

I would recommend this location to anyone interested in a quiet location that has good rooms and services. It's located walking distance to the boardwalk. Sadly you will have to walk across traffic but definitely worth it. I love the little inlet that is near the back parking garage. Rooms are a little worn down due to high demand location, but still very nice!

We stayed last week for Santacon. Second year with 20 couples! The staff couldn't be more accommodating, the breakfast is great and the rooms are clean and well stocked! We will be back next year!!!

Wifi was awful made it almost impossible to watch Netflix on whatever kind of TV software that was? Not sure why the hotel doesn't use Roku? Everything else was 10/10
